When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. We may also collect standard technical information automatically, such as browser type and general location, through normal website analytics.

We use your email address to notify you about our product launch, send updates about Crucia, and operate our waitlist. We use email marketing software (currently Klaviyo) to manage these communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. You can request that we delete your information by emailing support@crucia.health.

Our site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

We retain your information for as long as needed to operate our waitlist and, after launch, to serve you as a customer, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

We may update this policy as our business develops, particularly once we begin processing orders. We'll update the date above when we do.
